People speak of feeling different after Circle Dancing: the cares of the day seem to drop away in the rhythmic movement in harmony with others, and peace comes to the circle. Why not come and find out for yourself? The dances are thoroughly taught by an experienced teacher and beginners are very welcome. No partner or previous experience is required and it is suitable for men and women of all ages. The dances are truly international, coming from Greece, Yugoslavia, Israel, Russia and many more countries.

| 5:30pm – 7:00pm | Brownies
Brownies is for girls aged between 7 and 10 who want to have fun. We sometimes do things like sleepovers and pack holidays. We do outdoor activities and games. Our meetings are full of challenges and games, the activities are usually ones that the Brownies have suggested themselves.
If you want to do something way more fun than watching telly then Brownies is for you!

This yoga class combines movement with held postures, breathing and meditation techniques, and relaxation. It is suitable for all levels. It is recommended that pregnant students attend one of Yoga2shapes Yoga for Pregnancy classes.
